cancellation policy

Sometimes life throws a curveball! If you are not able to attend your appointment, please send a text or email as soon as you are able.

We do enforce cancellation fees as follows:

48 hours - No fee

Within 24 hours - 50% of your appointment

Within 12 hours - 100% of your appointment

No Show/Late Arrival - 100% of your appointment

 

We 100% understand sickness and emergencies! We don't charge in these situations.

We do our absolute best to always be on time - if you arrive late to your appointment, we may not be able to complete your appointment and have to charge you a fee.

We run back to back and we don't want to run late to our following clients that have arrived on time. 

Payment must be made before your next appointment is reserved.

By making an appointment with us, you agree to the above conditions.

Please remember this is a courtesy message. Please do not rely on this as your reminder of your appointment. We tend to book 3/4 weeks in advance so last minute movement can be tricky to find you a new appointment and to refill last minute.

We love your littlies!

However, due to safety, it is hard for us to give you our best if we are keeping one eye on your little and one on you. We also need to be respectful to other clients enjoying their appointment in studio.

If they are able to be buckled into a carrier or pram, alternatively sit occupied with a device, they can join you for shorter appointments.
