SkinScription Questions?
How do I signup? Once you have had your Skin Health Consultation (not included in your membership), your Skin Expert will guide you to what option will best suit your skin goals. Once you are signed up to SalonPay, your appointments can be booked!
Do I need to prebook my appointments? We HIGHLY recommend this. We are a small team of skin lovers which means appointment times can be limited or hard to get without 3-4 weeks notice.
Can I cancel? Yes you can! We understand circumstances change and our priority is looking after you in the best way for individually. We require a month’s notice to terminate your membership.
Can I switch between plans? 100%! We can switch between all 3 options, especially if your skin is ready to get into needling! Your therapist will guide you through the best plan switch for you.
What happens if I miss a month? That is completely fine! Either 2 treatments in the following months of your membership, or it can be redeemed at the end of your membership. We want you to reach your skin goals, we don’t want you to miss out!
Why is AC Addict different? It is based around how many sessions rather than a timeframe! This is because each skin needs something different with DermaPen for example, frequency of treatments can range between 2-5 weeks apart. This allows us to make sure we are performing your treatments when it’s best for your specific skin to have. We love a bespoke plan! Lover and Devotee allow additional treatments to be added eg. extra peels etc while supporting monthly healing and growth.
Do I have to start straight away? Yes, once you have signed up – treatment plan must begin. Addict treatments must be completed with 10 months of signing up.
